Welcome to Mysmartflights. By accessing or using our services, including booking travel
arrangements through our website, email, phone, or in person, you agree to comply with and be bound
by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using
our services.
1. General Information Mysmartflights is an authorized travel agency based in the United States. We
offer a variety of travel services, including but not limited to flight bookings, hotel reservations, tour
packages, car rentals, and other travel-related services. All services are subject to availability and the
terms and conditions of third-party suppliers (such as airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and tour
operators).
2. Booking and Payments To book travel services with Mysmartflights, you must provide accurate
information and make payment using an accepted payment method (credit card, debit card, wire
transfer, or other methods as specified). Your booking is not confirmed until payment is processed and
you receive a booking confirmation.
All prices listed on our website or communicated to you are subject to change based on availability and
the pricing policies of our suppliers. Prices are quoted in USD and do not include taxes, service fees, or
other charges, unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment Terms For bookings that require a deposit, full payment is due no later than 15 Days
before the departure date. For bookings requiring full payment upfront, payment must be
completed in full at the time of booking.
If full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain
any deposits paid, in accordance with the supplier’s cancellation policy.
4. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the type of service
booked and the policies of the supplier. Refund eligibility is determined by the individual service
provider, and Mysmartflights will assist you in processing cancellations and refunds.

Airline Tickets : Airline tickets are generally non-refundable, and any changes or cancellations
may result in fees or penalties. Please refer to the airline’s terms and conditions for details.

Hotel Bookings : Many hotel bookings are refundable if canceled within a specified period (e.g.,
24-48 hours before check-in). Some discounted rates are non-refundable.

Tour Packages and Car Rentals : Refunds for tours and car rentals are subject to the policies of
the tour operators or rental agencies. Cancellations made within a specific time frame may incur
cancellation fees.
Refunds are processed according to the supplier's policies, and may take 15 days to be
credited to your original payment method.
5. Travel Insurance We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover potential risks, such as
trip cancellation, medical emergencies, flight delays, and lost luggage. Travel insurance is not included in the price of your booking unless specifically mentioned. Mysmartflights can assist you in
purchasing travel insurance from third-party providers.
6. Passport, Visa, and Travel Documentation It is your responsibility to ensure that you have all the
necessary travel documents (passport, visa, and any health documentation such as vaccinations) for
your trip. Mysmartflights is not responsible for providing or verifying these documents, though we
can provide general guidance.
7. Changes to Your Booking Changes to your booking (e.g., dates, names, or travel details) may be
allowed depending on the policies of the service providers. Changes may incur additional charges or
fees. Any changes must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and approval by the
supplier.
8. Limitation of Liability Mysmartflights acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers
(e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not responsible for any delays, cancellations, or
disruptions in services caused by external factors such as weather, strikes, political unrest, or acts of
God.
In the event of errors, omissions, or mistakes made during booking, our liability is limited to the amount
paid for the specific travel services in question. We are not responsible for any incidental or
consequential damages, including but not limited to lost opportunities, inconvenience, or expenses
resulting from issues with bookings.
9. Travel Delays or Cancellations We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions to
travel due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or government regulations. In
the event of such disruptions, we will work with our suppliers to assist you in finding alternative
arrangements, but we do not guarantee compensation for additional costs.
10.Conduct and Responsibilities You agree to behave in a responsible manner and comply with the
rules and regulations of the travel services you book, including but not limited to airline and hotel
policies. You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by your actions during the trip, and you
agree to indemnify Mysmartflights from any claims arising from your conduct.
11. Privacy and Data Protection We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information you provide us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our policy.
12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the
state of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the
courts in Florida.
13. Amendments to Terms Mysmartflights reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and
Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on our website. It is your responsibility to
review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
